The online learning groups launched by the MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. in Germany at the beginning of 2023 have been very popular. The MTM Academy is therefore expanding this offer to include two more process building block systems. After MTM-UAS®, MTM-SD® and EAWS®, it is now also possible to get support in the application of MTM-1® and MTM-MEK®. The offer is aimed at all graduates of an MTM training course, prospective and newly qualified MTM and EAWS practitioners who want to improve their knowledge and practical skills. In order to best adapt what they have learned to the operational situation in the company, Academy Director Dr. Thomas Finsterbusch advises participants to bring concrete examples from their own company practice. “Take advantage of our expertise in all questions relating to MTM and EAWS analysis and share your experiences with the other graduates.”
The prerequisite for participation in the online learning groups is a certificate in an MTM process building block system or in EAWS®. The offer is free of charge.
The one-hour remote sessions focus on the following topics:
- Operational case studies from the participants
- Training in the application of the regulations
- Preparation for the MTM/EAWS Practitioner training course
- Tips for practice
