“The Future of Work” will be the focus of the 3rd International E-MAS Conference starting on February 27, 2023 in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. as co-organizer of the 3rd E-MAS Conference is also represented in the multi-day lecture program.
Training
The One-MTM partner network is celebrating its 3rd birthday these days – and has every reason to celebrate. Because it is making great strides. More than 1,600 of the certificates issued by the MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. last year came via One-MTM.
At the beginning of the new year, the EAWS instructor team of the MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. met at the training site in Zeuthen to discuss the further development of the EAWS training courses (EAWS, EAWS practitioner, EAWS practitioner refresher and EAWS license course). One of the most important topics was the integration of the MTM software TiCon into EAWS training.
The MTM Academy team counted a good 4,400 certificates in MTM (Methods-Time Measurement), the method standard for designing efficient and ergonomic work, last year. In addition, more than 1,600 certificates were awarded via the One-MTM partner network.
To kick off the MTM SUMMIT 2022, a video clip spanned the beginnings of the international MTM methodology standard, current best practices in MTM application, and the future of digital work planning.
Tony Campbell is one of the players in the international partner network One-MTM, which is dedicated to the uniform dissemination of the MTM method standard and provides MTM products and services to member companies and customers of the MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. all over the world.
In the first half of the MTM training year 2022 alone, almost 3,000 participants took part in an e-learning course, webinar or classroom event. This is well above the average level of interest in recent years. Training courses that were particularly in demand were MTM-1® Base and MTM-UAS®.
The Prokon process offers the possibility of systematically improving constructive solutions in product development. The MTM-based procedure evaluates the manual and automated assembly scope of a product. The transparent representation makes it possible to identify significant deficits at an early stage and sustainably promotes the interaction of planning, construction and production. ProKon is already being used successfully in industry, e.g. B. at BSH and Daimler.

“The digitization of MTM training and the consistent implementation of the internationally standardized training program have taken the One-MTM partner network a decisive step forward,” says Dr. Thomas Finsterbusch, head of the MTM Academy, commenting on the figures for the 2021 training year.
