Das Unternehmen BSH China Chuzhou Factory steht wie viele andere Unternehmen vor den Herausforderungen einer alternden Belegschaft und dem Erhalt der Gesundheit und Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit der Mitarbeiter. Das Thema Ergonomie bei der Arbeitsgestaltung hat deshalb Priorit\u00e4t. 2021 f\u00fchrte das Unternehmen das Verfahren EAWS\u00ae<\/sup> (Ergonomic Assessment Worksheet) als Standard f\u00fcr die ergonomische Bewertung ein. In Zusammenarbeit mit MTM (Shanghai) wurden die BSH-Ingenieure geschult und erhielten die f\u00fcr die effektive Anwendung von EAWS\u00ae<\/sup> erforderlichen Zertifikate. Zus\u00e4tzlich wurden mit Unterst\u00fctzung des Gesch\u00e4ftsfelds Digitale L\u00f6sungen der Deutschen MTM-Gesellschaft mbH digitale Analysetools eingef\u00fchrt, um die Bewertung noch effizienter zu gestalten.<\/p>

Mitarbeiter unterst\u00fctzen mit kreativen Ideen<\/strong><\/h6>

Mit der Festlegung j\u00e4hrlicher Ziele und der Umsetzung einer Reihe von Verbesserungsma\u00dfnahmen gelang es der BSH China Chuzhou Factory die ergonomischen Risiken in den Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufen zu minimieren. Positiv wirkte sich auch die unmittelbare Beteiligung der Mitarbeiter aus, da diese h\u00e4ufig selbst kreative L\u00f6sungen vorschlugen. Die EAWS\u00ae<\/sup>-Experten ihrerseits k\u00fcmmerten sich um die quantitative Analyse, die Bewertung und die anschlie\u00dfende Realisierung der Potenziale. Bis 2023 waren alle Arbeitspl\u00e4tze bei BSH China Chuzhou Factory mit EAWS\u00ae<\/sup> bewertet.<\/p>

Next Step: eine intuitive und Echtzeit-Darstellung ergonomischer Risiken <\/strong><\/h6>

Die n\u00e4chste Initiative konzentriert sich auf die visuelle Darstellung des EAWS\u00ae<\/sup> -Bewertungs- und Verbesserungsstatus. Ziel ist eine intuitive und Echtzeit-Darstellung ergonomischer Risiken. Die derzeitigen Bem\u00fchungen zielen auch darauf ab, ergonomische Risiken durch kosteneffiziente Automatisierungsmethoden zu reduzieren.<\/p>

Verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Anwendung der EAWS\u00ae<\/sup>-Bewertung ist die Abteilung ME (Manufacturing Engineering). Der Leiter der Abteilung, Sarialioglu Ahmet, bef\u00fcrwortet EAWS\u00ae<\/sup> zur F\u00f6rderung einer ergonomiegerechten Arbeitsgestaltung ausdr\u00fccklich: „EAWS\u00ae<\/sup> bietet eine umfassende Bewertung der Arbeitspl\u00e4tze, und die Effizienz der softwaregest\u00fctzten Analyse beschleunigt den Konsens zwischen den Beteiligten durch objektive, quantitative Erkenntnisse erheblich.“<\/p>

MTM-Ergonomie-Experten unterst\u00fctzen in China und weltweit<\/strong><\/h6>

Beim 2024 MTM China Forum f\u00fcr Industrial Engineering, das am 16. Mai in Suzhou stattfand, teilten Frau Liu Jingjing und Frau Yuan Shanrong von der BSH China Chuzhou Factory ihre positiven Erfahrungen mit der Ergonomiebewertung mit EAWS\u00ae<\/sup>. Im Anschluss an das Forum stand Manuela Ostermeier, Bereichsleiterin MTM-Partnerschaften und eine der EAWS\u00ae<\/sup>-Experten der MTM ASSOCIATION e. V., den Ingenieuren und Mitarbeitern vor Ort Rede und Antwort. Liu Jingjing, die f\u00fcr die EAWS\u00ae<\/sup>-Anwendung im K\u00fchlwerk, f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung von EAWS\u00ae<\/sup>-Analysen und die F\u00f6rderung von Projekten zur ergonomischen Verbesserung verantwortlich ist, betonte: „Wann immer wir auf Herausforderungen sto\u00dfen, bieten die MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. und der One-MTM Partner in China zeitnahe Unterst\u00fctzung. Wir sind zuversichtlich, dass wir unsere Initiativen in Zukunft weiter vorantreiben k\u00f6nnen.“<\/p>
