Ensuring the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information is helpful in working with existing customers and even more so in acquiring new customers. The MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. and the Deutsche MTM-Gesellschaft mbH therefore regularly participate in the information security assessments of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA). After a successful audit by the test provider T\u00dcV NORD CERT GmbH, the TISAX\u00ae label for MTM has now been awarded again, valid from September 2024 to September 2026. It is recognized by all VDA members and vehicle manufacturers such as Audi, Volkswagen and BMW.<\/p>

\"\"<\/p>

T<\/strong>ISAX<\/strong>\u00ae<\/sup> (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) is an information security standard defined by the automotive industry. It concerns the protection of data, its integrity and availability in the manufacturing process and during vehicle operation. Since a large number of automotive manufacturers and suppliers require their business partners to undergo a TISAX\u00ae<\/sup> audit, the MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. and the Deutsche MTM-Gesellschaft mbH also undergo this test and exchange procedure every two years.<\/p>

TISAX\u00ae<\/sup> is based on the VDA requirements catalog, the Information Security Assessment Catalog (VDA ISA), which is based on the ISO 27001 standard and contains control questions for determining the level of information security. The requirements associated with the control questions were determined by a risk assessment of the VDA Information Security Working Group and are to be understood as minimum requirements for the protection of information processed during collaboration in the automotive industry.<\/p>

After a successful assessment, in the case of MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. by the TISAX assessment provider T\u00dcV NORD CERT GmbH, ENX, the administrator of the TISAX\u00ae<\/sup> program, issues a TISAX\u00ae<\/sup> label in its database. Registered companies can view the assessment results on the ENX portal (https:\/\/enx.com\/de-de\/TISAX).<\/p>

The Deutsche MTM-Gesellschaft mbH with its business units Consulting and Digital Solutions refers to the TISAX audit in its offer. MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. and Deutsche MTM-Gesellschaft mbH are also certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 – the quality management seal can be found in the footer at the bottom right of the respective business documents.
