Im Fokus steht MTM-HWD<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, die All-in-One-L\u00f6sung zur Arbeitsgestaltung.<\/p>\n<h6>Zeitliche und ergonomische Bewertung in nur einem Schritt<\/h6>\n<p>Wesentlicher Vorteil der auf der Prozesssprache MTM und dem Ergonomiebewertungstool EAWS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> basierenden L\u00f6sung MTM-HWD<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> ist die integrierte Bewertung zeitlicher und ergonomischer Aspekte von manuellen T\u00e4tigkeiten in nur einem Schritt. Das spart dem Arbeitsplaner viel Zeit und dem Unternehmen Kosten. Die Anwendung wird erleichtert durch die Beschreibung der Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe auf Basis von Piktogrammen.<\/p>\n<h6>Kosten senken durch systematische Arbeitsgestaltung<\/h6>\n<p>Die Produktionskosten sind ein wichtiger Wettbewerbsfaktor f\u00fcr Industrieunternehmen auf nationalen und internationalen M\u00e4rkten. Vor allem in Produktionsbetrieben mit einem hohen Anteil an manuellen Prozessen machen die Lohnkosten einen wesentlichen Teil dieser Kosten aus. Manuelle Arbeitsprozesse systematisch zu beschreiben, zu analysieren und zu gestalten ist daher eine wichtige Aufgabe in den meisten Abteilungen des Industrial Engineering.<\/p>\n<h6>Neue Technologien wie Human Simulation, VR und Motion Capturing im Einsatz<\/h6>\n<p>Erster Schritt bei der Anwendung des Prozessbausteinsystems MTM-HWD<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> ist die Erfassung von Bewegungsdaten. Peter Kuhlang und Tony Campbell beschreiben in ihrem Vortrag, wie im Zuge der Digitalisierung auch hierbei neue Technologien zum Einsatz kommen, die Bewegungsdaten des Menschen generieren oder aufzeichnen.
