Deshalb erweitert die MTM-Akademie dieses Angebot um zwei weitere Prozessbausteinsysteme. Nach MTM-UAS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, MTM-SD<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> und EAWS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> besteht nun auch die M\u00f6glichkeit sich Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Anwendung von MTM-1<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> und MTM-MEK<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> zu holen. Das Angebot richtet sich an alle Absolventen einer MTM-Ausbildung, an angehende und auch frischgebackene MTM- bzw. EAWS-Praktiker, die ihre Kenntnisse und praktischen Fertigkeiten verbessern wollen. Um das Gelernte bestm\u00f6glich auf die betriebliche Situation im Unternehmen adaptieren zu k\u00f6nnen, r\u00e4t Akademie-Leiter Dr. Thomas Finsterbusch den Teilnehmern, konkrete Beispiele aus der betrieblichen Praxis mitzubringen. &#8222;Nutzen Sie unsere Expertise\u00a0 bei allen Fragen rund um die MTM- und EAWS-Analyse und teilen Sie Ihre Erfahrungen mit den anderen Absolventen.\u201c<\/p><p>Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die Teilnahme an den Online-Lerngruppen ist das Zertifikat in einem MTM-Prozessbausteinsystem bzw. in EAWS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>.
