Mit sensorgest\u00fctzten Technologien wie z. B. Motion-Mining k\u00f6nnen auch bestehende Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe untersucht werden, um Schwachstellen zu identifizieren und die ergonomische Belastung zu minimieren. Die <a href=\"http:\/\/mtm.org\">MTM ASSOCIATION e. V.<\/a> arbeitet mit der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motionminers.com\/\">MotionMiners GmbH<\/a> an einer Vorstudie im Bereich Paketzustellung. Hierbei untersuchen die Projektpartner Ansatzpunkte f\u00fcr eine arbeitswissenschaftliche Bewertung der Zustellprozesse. Erste Ergebnisse pr\u00e4sentieren Dr. Sascha Feldhorst, MotionMiners GmbH, und Prof. Dr. Peter Kuhlang, MTM ASSOCIATION e. V., exklusiv auf dem LATC am 14.\/15. M\u00e4rz 2024 in Mannheim. Ihr gemeinsamer Vortrag im Hauptprogramm beleuchtet dabei \u201eDie Dialektik und Magie von IST und SOLL\u201c. Ganz praktisch geht es danach auf der Themenfl\u00e4che zu. Die Lean Community ist eingeladen, sich selbst ein Bild zu machen, wie die digitale Ermittlung von Bewegungsdaten per Motion-Mining, KI und die Anwendung des MTM-Methodenstandards zur Arbeitsgestaltung ineinandergreifen: Ein Trio f\u00fcr gute Arbeit \u2013 Motion-Mining, KI &amp; MTM.\u00a0<\/p><h6><strong>Die Br\u00fccke schlagen zwischen IST und SOLL<\/strong><\/h6><p>\u201eWir wollen nicht abstrakt bleiben, sondern am praktischen Beispiel zeigen, wie wir die Br\u00fccke schlagen zwischen IST und SOLL\u201c, betonte Sascha Feldhorst in einem Gespr\u00e4ch mit Dr. Alexander Ruderisch, Mitglied des LATC-Orgateams. Peter Kuhlang erg\u00e4nzte, dass es nicht ausreiche, sich bei der Arbeitsgestaltung nur auf IST-Daten und das Bauchgef\u00fchl zu verlassen. Gerade in der digitalen Arbeitsplanung sind valide Daten das A und O. K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz sei in diesem Prozess ein Hilfsmittel, um mit den gro\u00dfen Datenmengen, die z. B. bei der Generierung von Bewegungsdaten mittels Sensoren entstehen, \u00fcberhaupt umgehen bzw. daraus Prozesskennzahlen ableiten zu k\u00f6nnen, so Sascha Feldhorst.<\/p><p>Beide Experten freuen sich auf den Austausch mit der Lean Community. Da m\u00fcsse auch niemand Ber\u00fchrungs\u00e4ngste haben.
