Im Mittelpunkt stand ProKon (<strong>Pro<\/strong>duktionsgerechte <strong>Kon<\/strong>struktion), das MTM-basierte Verfahren zur Analyse und Bewertung konstruktiver L\u00f6sungen hinsichtlich ihrer Montagegerechtheit. Roland Stopp, Deutsche MTM-Gesellschaft mbH, vermittelte den Teilnehmern den Nutzen der MTM-Anwendung bereits in der fr\u00fchen Phase des Produktentstehungsprozesses, also in Entwicklung und Konstruktion: \u201eMit ProKon sind wir den Kostentreibern auf der Spur.\u201c<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Herausforderungen in der Montagelinie<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>An vielen praktischen Beispielen beschrieb der MTM-Experte die Herausforderungen in der Montagelinie und die positive Auswirkung der produktions- bzw. montagegerechten Konstruktion auf die Produktivit\u00e4t allgemein. Die wichtigsten Punkte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Konstruktiv bedingte Probleme &amp; Kostentreiber: <br>Wie meistern wir Montagefreundlichkeit\/Baubarkeit, Kostenmanagement, Prozessstabilit\u00e4t und Technologieanforderungen?<\/li>\n<li>Einfl\u00fcsse auf Produktentwicklung und Konstruktion: <br>Zu welchem Zeitpunkt sind welche Informationen verf\u00fcgbar und wie etablieren wir einen Standardprozess?<\/li>\n<li>Verantwortung f\u00fcr montagegerechte Konstruktion: <br>Haben wir die notwendige Kompetenz, um effiziente und praktikable L\u00f6sungen zu finden?<\/li>\n<li>Wissensaustausch und kontinuierliche Verbesserung:<br>Wie \u00fcbertragen wir die Erkenntnisse aus der Produktion zur\u00fcck in die Entwicklung, um unsere Prozesse stetig zu optimieren?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Planung, Konstruktion, Fertigung r\u00fccken zusammen<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Die Mitglieder der AG Industrial Engineering waren sich darin einig, dass das fr\u00fchzeitige Erkennen und transparente Darstellen von Defiziten nicht nur die Effizienz des gesamten Planungsprozesses erh\u00f6ht, sondern auch das Zusammenwirken von Planung, Konstruktion und Fertigung nachhaltig f\u00f6rdert. Auch hier gibt es viele gute Beispiele aus der Anwendungspraxis von ProKon. Eines ist das Mercedes-Benz Werk (heute Daimler Truck) in W\u00f6rth.
