Im Oktober 2023 wurden fast gleichzeitig zwei \u201eMeilensteine\u201c erreicht: das 1.000ste MTM-1<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Base E-Learning in Deutsch und das insgesamt 1.500ste MTM-1<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Base E-Learning in den mittlerweile verf\u00fcgbaren Sprachen. MTM E-Learning \u2013 eine Erfolgsgeschichte!<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t in die Ausbildung<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Am Beginn der Entwicklung der E-Learnings stellte sich die Frage: MTM im Selbststudium, d. h. keine fachliche Begleitung durch einen erfahrenen Instruktor? Die Anspannung war gro\u00df, ob und wenn ja, wann dieser Weg zum Erfolg f\u00fchren w\u00fcrde. Doch die Unternehmen und Interessenten erkannten schnell die Vorteile des neuen Ausbildungsformates: Flexibilit\u00e4t beim Lerntempo und bei der zeitlichen Einordnung in das Tagesgesch\u00e4ft, weltweite Verf\u00fcgbarkeit, einfache und schnelle Buchung \u00fcber eine Plattform. Von der Entwicklung des E-Learning-Angebotes profitierten auch die anderen Ausbildungsformate, denn. Denn viele Inhalte, die in den heutigen E-Learning-Produkten der MTM ASSOCIATION e.&nbsp;V. enthalten sind, haben auch Einzug in die Webinare und Pr\u00e4senzkurse gehalten.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Zwei Produkte, f\u00fcnf Sprachen<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Im Jahre 2020, mit Beginn der Corona-Pandemie, zeigte sich, dass die Entscheidung zur Digitalisierung der MTM-Ausbildung genau die richtige war. Die Erfahrungen mit dem E-Learning-Produkt MTM-1<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Base halfen dem weltweiten One-MTM Netzwerk bei der Entwicklung der Webinare sowie eines weiteren E-Learning-Produkts: MTM-UAS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>. MTM-1<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Base (E-Learning) ist mittlerweile in&nbsp;Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch, Portugiesisch und Spanisch buchbar, MTM-UAS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> <br>(E-Learning) in Deutsch und Englisch. Weitere MTM-Systeme und Sprachen werden folgen.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Interesse an unternehmensspezifischen E-Learnings?<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Im Zeitraum 2019 bis 2021 konnten die Teams von MTM-Institut und MTM-Akademie viele Erfahrungen beim Betreiben der bestehenden Ausbildung MTM-1<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Base (E-Learning) und auch bei der Entwicklung erster unternehmensspezifischer E-Learning-Produkte (Daimler AG, Audi AG) sammeln. Diese Erfahrungen m\u00fcndeten in ein inhaltlich neugestaltetes Konzept der Ausbildung MTM-UAS<sup>\u00ae&nbsp;<\/sup>(E-Learning), das im Jahr 2021 ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde.
