MTM on the road, hie\u00df es in dieser zweiten Jahresh\u00e4lfte zum ersten Mal beim AutoErg Treffen bei der Schaeffler AG in Erlangen. Dr. Steffen Rast, Fachbereichsleiter Ergonomie der Deutschen MTM-Gesellschaft mbH, besch\u00e4ftigte sich in seinem Impulsvortrag mit der ergonomischen Risikobewertung langzyklischer T\u00e4tigkeiten.<\/p>\n

Digitalisierung der Ergonomiebewertung<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Die mexikanische MTM-Vereinigung, Partner der MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. und Mitglied im globalen Netzwerk One-MTM, veranstaltet am 29. und 30. August 2023<\/b> das Internationale Forum Productivity & Ergonomics for the Future (PE4F) als kostenfreies Online-Event. Prof. Dr. Peter Kuhlang, CEO MTM ASSOCIATION e. V., stellt am 29. August<\/b> die Arbeit des Partnernetzwerks One-MTM vor \u2013 eine gute Gelegenheit f\u00fcr interessierte Unternehmen, sich \u00fcber die M\u00f6glichkeiten der MTM-Ausbildung an internationalen Produktionsstandorten zu informieren. Ein Vortrag zum Thema Digitalisierung der Ergonomiebewertung kommt von Manuela Ostermeier, Projektleiterin Digitalisierung & Internationalisierung der MTM-Ausbildung. Au\u00dferdem spricht Tony Campbell, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der MTM Productivity Service Corporation, USA, \u00fcber das internationale Trainingsangebot. <\/p>\n

Experten informieren zur Schnittstellenl\u00f6sung MTMmotion\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00e4chster Termin im MTM-Kalender ist der 13.\/14. September 2023<\/b>. Prof. Dr. Peter Kuhlang und Dr. Martin Benter, Teamleiter Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von MTM-Methoden, vertreten die MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. als Partner der imk Industrial Intelligence gmbH beim IIC 2023 in Fulda. Dort stehen Innovationen in digitaler Planung und Produktion im Mittelpunkt. Die beiden MTM-Experten informieren in der Fachausstellung unter anderem zu MTMmotion\u00ae<\/sup> die neue Schnittstellenl\u00f6sung, die digitale Bewegungsdaten auf Knopfdruck in eine MTM-Analyse \u00fcbersetzt \u2013 und das je nach Anwendungsfall in das entsprechende MTM-Prozessbausteinsystem.<\/p>\n

Bei der Fachtagung „Smarte IKT und AR im Arbeitskontext“ am 19. September 2023<\/strong> in Dortmund, veranstaltet von der Bundesanstalt f\u00fcr Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin (BAuA) ist Prof. Dr. Peter Kuhlang erneut im Einsatz. Bei der Fachtagung spricht er \u00fcber die Ableitung von MTM-UAS\u00ae-Analysen unter Verwendung von Virtual Reality und MTMmotion\u00ae.<\/p>\n

Die MTM-Experten machen auch beim Future of Industrial Engineering Day (FIED) am 21. September 2023<\/b> in Dortmund Station. Veranstalter ist die Motion Miners GmbH, mit der die MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. in Sachen Digitalisierung der Arbeitsplanung eng zusammenarbeitet. Ein gemeinsamer Auftritt der beiden Partner ist beim LATC 2024 am 14. und 15. M\u00e4rz 2024 in Mannheim geplant. Dr. Sascha Feldhorst, CEO MotionMiners GmbH, und Prof. Dr. Peter Kuhlang, CEO MTM ASSOCIATION e. V., werden ein Projekt f\u00fcr die Festlegung von Vorgabeleistungen und Belastungsobergrenzen im Paket- und Zustelldienst vorstellen und zeigen, wie die digitale Ermittlung von Bewegungsdaten, KI und die Anwendung des MTM-Methodenstandards ineinandergreifen.  <\/p>\n

Das Highlight des Jahres: Der MTM SUMMIT 2023<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Nach Vortr\u00e4gen beim WGAB Research Symposium Ende September in Sydney, Australien und einem Arbeitsbesuch bei der Tochtergesellschaft der Deutschen MTM-Gesellschaft in Shanghai, China, steht f\u00fcr CEO Peter Kuhlang und die gesamte MTM-Community das Highlight des Jahres an: der MTM SUMMIT am 18. und 19. Oktober 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Das International Human Work Forum steht in diesem Jahr unter dem Motto \u201eMethods-Time Measurement \u2013 prospektiv, digital, global\u201c. Experten aus Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft teilen ihre Expertise und innovativen Ans\u00e4tze zur Digitalisierung der MTM-Anwendung mit der MTM-Community \u2013 vor Ort in Hamburg und online auf summit.mtm.org<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
