Wei Jiang, Leiter Consulting MTM China und Organisator der MTM-Praktiker-Ausbildung, holte sich zum Thema eHPU (engineered Hours Per Unit) zwei Experten aus Deutschland remote dazu. Olaf Damitz, Produktplaner bei Volkswagen in Wolfsburg, und Dr. Thomas Finsterbusch, Leiter der MTM-Akademie, stellten den Industrial Engineers, Zeitwirtschaftlern und Arbeitsplanern von zahlreichen, in China ans\u00e4ssigen Unternehmen die Kennzahl eHPU als neuen Industriestandard zur Konstruktionsbewertung vor.<\/p>\n<h6>Branchen\u00fcbergreifender Ma\u00dfstab f\u00fcr Konstruktionszeiten<\/h6>\n<p>Die Kennzahl eHPU ist quasi eine Erweiterung der vom Arbeitskreis Fahrzeugzerlegung&nbsp;im Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA) entwickelten und weltweit g\u00fcltigen Norm zur Bewertung der \u201cengineered Hours Per Vehicle\u201d. eHPV misst den konstruktiv bedingten&nbsp;Arbeitsinhalt eines Fahrzeuges in der Fahrzeugmontage. eHPV ist eine reproduzierbare und vergleichbare Kennzahl und kann daher als Ma\u00dfstab f\u00fcr Produktdesign und Konstruktionszeiten verwendet werden. Als Bestandteil der Produktionszeit \u201eStunden pro Fahrzeug\u201c (HPV nach Harbour) ist der Benchmarkwert eHPV auch eine Zielgr\u00f6\u00dfe f\u00fcr die Neuproduktplanung vieler Automobilunternehmen. Mit Hilfe der eHPV-Bewertung werden neben dem konstruktionsbedingten Montageaufwand auch die Konstruktionsmerkmale der Bauteile beschrieben und visualisiert.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die beiden MTM-Experten sind der Meinung, dass die Kennzahl zur Bewertung des konstruktionsbedingten Montageaufwandes nicht nur in der Automobilindustrie eingesetzt, sondern als branchen\u00fcbergreifende Kennzahl verwendet werden kann \u2013 deshalb statt V wie Vehicle U wie Unit: eHPU.<\/p>\n<p>Im vergangenen Jahr stellten Damitz und Finsterbusch die Kennzahl eHPU in einem Online-Meetup vor und diskutierten mit MTM-Anwendern in Deutschland \u00fcber die Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten au\u00dferhalb der Automobilindustrie.
