V.<\/a> ist ein voller Erfolg. <strong>Allein in den vergangenen zw\u00f6lf Monaten haben sich mehr als 2.000 Nutzer neu registriert.<\/strong> Rund 2.300 Nutzer informieren sich monatlich \u00fcber die Ausbildungsm\u00f6glichkeiten per E-Learning, Webinar und Pr\u00e4senzkurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMit der Lernplattform gelingt es uns, <strong>weltweit Kunden zu erreichen<\/strong> und dies innerhalb k\u00fcrzester Zeit. Diesen Vorteil haben vor allem unsere One-MTM Partner sch\u00e4tzen gelernt, die die Lernplattform seit der Gr\u00fcndung des internationalen Partnernetzwerks im Jahr 2020 f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung ihrer Ausbildungen vor Ort und weltweit nutzen\u201c, sagt Dr. Thomas Finsterbusch, Leiter der Akademie. Die <a href=\"https:\/\/training.mtm.org\/\">Ausbildungsplattform<\/a> trage somit ma\u00dfgeblich zur weltweit <strong>einheitlichen Durchf\u00fchrung von MTM- und EAWS-Ausbildungen<\/strong> bei. Sie sei Garant f\u00fcr eine <strong>qualitativ hochwertige Ausbildungsorganisation und -durchf\u00fchrung<\/strong> f\u00fcr Kunden, Teilnehmer und Instruktoren.<\/p>\n<p>Interessenten finden auf der Lernplattform <a href=\"https:\/\/training.mtm.org\/\">\u201etraining.mtm.org&#8220;<\/a> der MTM-Akademie ein umfassendes Kursangebot. Je nach Ausbildungsstand kann sich der Interessent zum MTM-Praktiker, EAWS-Praktiker und MTM-Instruktor qualifizieren.<\/p>\n<h6>Kontinuierliches Wachstum der Ausbildungsplattform<\/h6>\n<p>Vom ersten E-Learning-Produkt MTM-1\u00ae Base \u00fcber die Buchung \u00f6ffentlicher MTM-Ausbildungen bis hin zur Erweiterung um den Partnerbereich im Jahre 2022 ist die Ausbildungsplattform kontinuierlich gewachsen. Um auch in Zukunft unseren Kunden einen bestm\u00f6glichen Service sowie neue Features zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen zu k\u00f6nnen, wurde die <a href=\"https:\/\/training.mtm.org\/\">Lernplattform<\/a> auf die neue Version umgestellt. Das bedeutet ein Qualit\u00e4ts-Update mit einem \u00fcberarbeiteten Design und weiteren Funktionalit\u00e4ten.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir m\u00f6chten unseren Kunden einen deutlichen Mehrwert bieten. <strong>Das gesamte Angebot soll bereits auf der Startseite auf einen Blick erfassbar sein.<\/strong> Wer wei\u00df, welche Ausbildung er absolvieren will, kann auch <strong>direkt in der Termin\u00fcbersicht nach Kursterminen<\/strong> <strong>suchen.<\/strong> Mit Hilfe der <strong>neuen<\/strong> <strong>Filteroptionen<\/strong> kann sich jeder Interessent seine Ausbildung gezielt nach seinen Bed\u00fcrfnissen und Lernzielen zusammenstellen\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Systemmanagerin Andrea Hilliger.
