Das 2006 in Kooperation von italienischer und deutscher MTM-Vereinigung sowie der TU Darmstadt entwickelte Verfahren bewertet Einzel- und Linienarbeitspl\u00e4tze und ist als ergonomisches Standardinstrument in verschie\u00addenen Branchen weit verbreitet. Die MTM ASSOCIATION e. V., die inzwischen alle Rechte an <a href=\"https:\/\/mtm.org\/marken\/unsere-marken\">EAWS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/a> erworben hat, entwickelt das Verfahren nun gemeinsam mit der Fondazione Ergo-MTM Italia sowie Partnern aus Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft weiter. Prof. Dr. Peter Kuhlang, CEO MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. (im Bild links), und Gabriele Caragnano, Operations Director Fondazione Ergo-MTM Italia und PwC Partner (im Bild rechts), unterzeichneten dazu die Entwicklungsvereinbarung. Das Konsortialprojekt EAWS 2.0 startet Ende Januar 2023.<\/p><p><strong>Arbeitsplatzgestaltung, Methodenplanung, Zeitmessung, Ergonomiebewertung in einem Prozess<br \/><\/strong>\u201eWir wollen eine L\u00f6sung schaffen, die die ergonomische Bewertung nach K\u00f6rpersegmenten erm\u00f6glicht und sich f\u00fcr die Digitalisierung der ergonomischen Bewertung und die Vorabberechnung der biomechanischen Belastungen in Form virtueller Prozesssimulationen eignet\u201c, beschrieb Peter Kuhlang das Ziel des Konsortialprojekts. Anwender von EAWS 2.0 k\u00f6nnten demnach Arbeitsplatzgestaltung, Methodenplanung, Zeitmessung und Ergonomiebewertung synchron in einem Prozess durchf\u00fchren.<\/p><p><strong>Standards zur Arbeitsgestaltung unverzichtbar<\/strong> <br \/>Die Fondazione Ergo-MTM Italia wird bei der Entwicklung von EAWS 2.0 eine f\u00fchrende Rolle spielen. Gabriele Caragnano betonte bei der Vertragsunterzeichnung die Bedeutung von nationalen und internationalen Normen und Standards zur Arbeitsgestaltung. \u201eMit EAWS 2.0 geben wir Anwendern einen Standard an die Hand, der sich insbesondere f\u00fcr die Bewertung sich wiederholender manueller T\u00e4tigkeiten in Produktionssystemen eignet, der Effizienzgewinne und Verbesserungen hinsichtlich der Ergonomie am Produkt oder auch am Prozess messbar und damit darstellbar macht.\u201c<\/p><p>Die <a href=\"https:\/\/mtm.org\/\">MTM ASSOCIATION e. V.<\/a> ist f\u00fcr das Projektmanagement und die Dokumentation der Entwicklungsarbeiten verantwortlich und \u00fcbernimmt auch die inhaltliche und zeitliche Koordinierung der Entwicklungsarbeiten der weiteren Projektpartner. Nach Abschluss des auf drei Jahre Laufzeit geplanten Konsortialprojekts wird EAWS 2.0 allen Mitgliedern der MTM ASSOCIATION e.
