Gut 4.400 Abschl\u00fcsse\u00a0 in MTM (Methods-Time Measurement), dem Methodenstandard zur Gestaltung effizienter und ergonomiegerechter Arbeit, z\u00e4hlte das Team der MTM-Akademie im vergangenen Jahr. Dazu kommen mehr als 1.600 Zertifikate \u00fcber das Partnernetzwerk One-MTM. \u201cDiese Zahlen zeigen, dass wir mit der Digitalisierung der MTM-Ausbildung und der konsequenten Umsetzung des international einheitlichen Ausbildungsprogramms \u00fcber unser Partnernetzwerk One-MTM das Richtige tun\u201d, kommentiert Dr. Thomas Finsterbusch, Leiter der MTM-Akademie. Mittlerweile nutzen zwei Drittel der Teilnehmer digitale Ausbildungsformate, also Webinare und E-Learning-Kurse. Die Qualifizierung zum MTM- und EAWS-Praktiker sowie zum MTM- und EAWS-Instruktor kann komplett digital absolviert werden.<\/p>

„<\/strong>Digitale Formate sind Trumpf\u201c<\/strong><\/p>

Deutlich gestiegen ist auch das Interesse an E-Learnings. Nach dem guten Ergebnis von 2021 verzeichnet die MTM-Akademie Ende 2022 mit mehr als 500 Buchungen ein neuerliches Plus. Die Entwicklung lasse sich nicht mehr zur\u00fcckdrehen, sagt der Akademie-Leiter, \u201edigitale Formate sind Trumpf.\u201c<\/p>

2022 gab es einige Neuerungen in der MTM-Ausbildung. Dazu z\u00e4hlten das MTM-1\u00ae Base E-Learning mit Online-Pr\u00fcfung, das MTM-UAS\u00ae E-Learning in Englisch und Spanisch, \u00f6ffentliche Ausbildungen im Prozessbausteinsystem BMW Group SD, die Online-Wiederholungspr\u00fcfung MTM-UAS\u00ae und ein neuer Partner- und Inhousebereich f\u00fcr die Buchung von firmeninternen MTM-Ausbildungen auf dem Buchungsportal der MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. (training.mtm.org). Nicht zuletzt hat der Umzug der Deutschen MTM-Gesellschaft mbH am Standort Dresden daf\u00fcr gesorgt, dass in den neuen B\u00fcror\u00e4umen am Wiener Platz 5a ein bestens ausgestatteter Schulungsraum f\u00fcr die Pr\u00e4senz- bzw. hybride MTM-Ausbildung zur Verf\u00fcgung steht. Und das direkt am Hauptbahnhof. \u00a0<\/p>

Neu in 2023: MTM-UAS\u00ae E-Learning in Italienisch
<\/strong>
Auch in diesem Jahr wird intensiv an der Erweiterung des Ausbildungsangebots gearbeitet. So soll bis M\u00e4rz das MTM-UAS\u00ae E-Learning auch in Italienisch fertiggestellt sein. Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt auf der Agenda des Entwicklungsteams ist die \u00dcberarbeitung bzw. Neugestaltung der Pr\u00fcfungen in allen Bausteinsystemen und Sprachen.<\/p>

MTM-Praktikern und MTM-Instruktoren bietet die MTM-Akademie die gleichnamige Lounge als Kommunikationsplattform an. Jeden dritten Dienstag im Monat gibt es von 10 bis 11 Uhr die deutschsprachige Ausgabe und von 14 bis 15 Uhr die englischsprachige Ausgabe auf unter der Leitung von Dr. Thomas Finsterbusch.
