Das alles ist Scrum, ein Prinzip agiler Teamwork, das l\u00e4ngst nicht mehr nur in der Softwareentwicklung, sondern f\u00fcr die Entwicklung der gesamten Organisation genutzt wird. Einer, der sich mit Scrum besonders gut auskennt und dieses Prinzip in ein Konzept der Gesunden Organisation eingebunden hat, ist Jan Fischbach. Wir konnten den Scrum-Trainer und -Berater f\u00fcr einen Vortrag anl\u00e4sslich des 60. Gr\u00fcndungsjubil\u00e4ums der Deutschen MTM-Vereinigung e. V., heute MTM ASSOCIATION e. V., gewinnen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was Scrum und MTM gemeinsam haben<\/strong><br>Scrum und Lean Thinking haben laut Jan Fischbach gemeinsame Wurzeln &#8211; und auch zwischen Scrum und MTM l\u00e4sst sich eine Verbindung herstellen. Bei der Recherche, welche Menschen in der Historie Ideen in Scrum eingebracht haben, stie\u00df Jan Fischbach unter anderen auf Taylor und Gilbreth.<\/p>\n<p>Frank Bunker Gilbreth (1868 bis 1924), amerikanischer Bauunternehmer und Pionier des Bewegungsstudiums, hatte den Grundstein f\u00fcr die Entwicklung des MTM-Verfahrens gelegt. Bei der Optimierung der Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe in seiner Firma ging es ihm neben der Steigerung der Arbeitsleistung vor allem um effizientere Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe, also um gut gestaltete Arbeitspl\u00e4tze und kraftsparendes, belastungsarmes Arbeiten. In einer Vielzahl von Studien stellte er fest, dass die zur Verrichtung einer Arbeitsaufgabe ben\u00f6tigte Zeit abh\u00e4ngt von der gew\u00e4hlten Methode. Methodenzeit-Messung = Methods-Time Measurement (MTM). Gemeinsam mit seiner Frau Lillian, eine studierte Psychologin, gr\u00fcndete Frank Bunker Gilbreth schlie\u00dflich eine Unternehmensberatung. Thema Lillians Doktorarbeit war die Psychologie des Managements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Der US-Amerikaner Frederick Winslow Taylor (1856 bis 1915) stellte Theorien zur Optimierung der Arbeit auf, die auf drei Prinzipien beruhten: pr\u00e4zise Anleitung, es gibt nur einen optimalen Weg und Geld als Motivationsfaktor. In der Taylor-Society, die sich der Verbreitung der wissenschaftlichen Betriebsf\u00fchrung verschrieben hatte, hielten auch Lillian und Frank B.
