Allein in der ersten H\u00e4lfte des MTM-Ausbildungsjahres 2022 nahmen fast 3.000 Teilnehmer an einem E-Learning-Kurs, einem Webinar oder einer Pr\u00e4senzveranstaltung teil. Damit liegt das Interesse deutlich \u00fcber dem Durchschnitt der vergangenen Jahre. Ausbildungen, die besonders nachgefragt waren, sind MTM-1\u00ae Base und MTM-UAS\u00ae. \u201eWir sind auf dem Weg, die 5.328 Abschl\u00fcsse aus 2021 zu \u00fcbertreffen\u201c, so Dr. Thomas Finsterbusch, Leiter der MTM-Akademie, bei dem Treffen der Teams von MTM-Akademie und MTM-Institut im Rahmen der Sommer-Akademie. Besonders erfreulich sei, dass in diesem Jahr schon 250-mal die \u201eBlaue Karte\u201c \u00fcber das One-MTM-Netzwerk ausgestellt wurde. \u201eD. h., die MTM-Praktiker-Ausbildung setzt sich auch international weiter durch\u201c, betonte MTM-Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Prof. Dr. Peter Kuhlang. Dass der Anteil der Pr\u00e4senzkurse wieder steigt, ist nicht wahrscheinlich; der Trend zu digitalen Ausbildungsformaten h\u00e4lt weiter an.<\/p>

Nicht nur bei der Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Ausbildungsformate hat sich in den vergangenen Monaten viel getan. Auch aus organisatorischer Sicht gibt es Neues zu berichten. So wurde die Durchlaufzeit f\u00fcr die Organisation und Bearbeitung einer Ausbildung \u2013 von der Erhebung der Teilnehmerdaten bis zur Mitteilung des Pr\u00fcfungsergebnisses \u2013 deutlich reduziert. \u201eUnser Anspruch ist es, dem Teilnehmer sp\u00e4testens eine Woche nach der Pr\u00fcfung das Ergebnis bekanntgeben zu k\u00f6nnen\u201c, so Thomas Finsterbusch. In einigen F\u00e4llen habe das Ergebnis sogar noch am Tag der Pr\u00fcfung vorgelegen. Und auch an der Umsetzung einer neuen Idee wird schon gearbeitet: an der automatischen Umwandlung der Zertifikate in sogenannte Badges.<\/p>

Freuen k\u00f6nnen sich die spanischsprachigen Interessenten einer MTM-Ausbildung: Im Herbst dieses Jahres geht das E-Learning MTM-UAS\u00ae in Spanisch live. MTM-UAS\u00ae E-Learning in Chinesisch, Ungarisch, Italienisch und Franz\u00f6sisch k\u00f6nnten im kommenden Jahr das MTM-Ausbildungsangebot erg\u00e4nzen.<\/p>
