„Richtiger Schritt f\u00fcr die gesamte MTM-Community“<\/strong><\/p>

EAWS (Ergonomic Assessment Work Sheet) ist der international anerkannte Standard zur Bewertung des ergonomischen Risikos von T\u00e4tigkeiten an Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen. Das Verfahren bewertet getaktete und nicht getaktete Arbeitspl\u00e4tze und ist als ergonomisches Standardinstrument in verschiedenen Branchen weit verbreitet. EAWS wurde vom italienischen MTM-Verband AMI (Associazione MTM Italia) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Institut f\u00fcr Ergonomie an der Technischen Universit\u00e4t Darmstadt (IAD) entwickelt und in zahlreichen europ\u00e4ischen Unternehmen eingef\u00fchrt, vor allem in der Automobilindustrie, der industriellen Fertigung (z. B. Haushaltsger\u00e4te) sowie der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie. Mit dem Ziel, die au\u00dferordentliche Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit der technischen Plattform des globalen Partnernetzwerks One-MTM zu nutzen, hat die AMI das Management und die zuk\u00fcnftige Entwicklung von EAWS nun an MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. \u00fcbertragen. Damit ist sichergestellt, dass auch die Weiterentwicklung von EAWS, wie beispielsweise zur Wirkung von Exoskeletten, zentral gesteuert wird.<\/p>

„Hervorragende Akzeptanz in der Industrie und bei den Sozialpartnern“<\/strong>
Die Vertragsunterzeichnung fand am 9. Dezember 2021 parallel in Varese, Italien, und Hamburg, Deutschland, statt. Gabriele Caragnano, PwC-Partner und Technischer Direktor der Fondazione Ergo-MTM Italia, ist stolz darauf, dass das Ergonomiebewertungstool in den ersten 13 Jahren seines Bestehens eine hervorragende Akzeptanz in der Industrie und bei den Sozialpartnern gefunden hat, und er ist \u00fcberzeugt, dass die Zentralisierung der Weiterentwicklung weitere Impulse geben wird, um EAWS zum globalen ergonomischen Goldstandard zu machen.<\/p>

Prof. Dr. Peter Kuhlang, CEO der MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. und des One-MTM-Netzwerkes, bezeichnete die \u00dcbertragung der Rechte von der AMI an die MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. als den \u201erichtigen Schritt f\u00fcr unsere Mitglieder, unsere Kunden und die gesamte MTM-Community\u201c. EAWS in der aktuellen Version wie alle Weiterentwicklungen seien aus der effizienten und ergonomiegerechten Gestaltung menschlicher Arbeit auch in Zukunft nicht wegzudenken, so Kuhlang.<\/p>
