Gleichzeitig w\u00e4chst der wirtschaftliche Druck, effizient und kostenschonend zu produzieren.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"812\"><strong data-start=\"791\" data-end=\"812\">Ausgangssituation<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"1083\">Die Produktion von Infusionsl\u00f6sungen steht vor vielf\u00e4ltigen Herausforderungen. Die Zusammensetzung der Medikationen und der damit verbundene Produktionsaufwand haben sich deutlich ver\u00e4ndert. Gleichzeitig steigt das Produktionsvolumen, w\u00e4hrend der Kostendruck zunimmt.<\/p><p data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1420\">Ein neues Layout sowie ge\u00e4nderte, nichtproduktive Schichtaufw\u00e4nde beeinflussen den Ressourceneinsatz zus\u00e4tzlich. Zahlreiche nicht wertsch\u00f6pfende T\u00e4tigkeiten binden wertvolle Kapazit\u00e4ten, ohne direkt zur Produktion beizutragen. Zudem werden Kosten h\u00e4ufig nicht verursachungsgerecht zugeordnet, was eine gezielte Optimierung erschwert.<\/p><p data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1603\">Bei allen Anpassungen m\u00fcssen selbstverst\u00e4ndlich die strengen <strong data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1501\">GMP-Grunds\u00e4tze<\/strong> und <strong data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1530\">Reinraum-Richtlinien<\/strong> beachtet werden, um Qualit\u00e4t und Sicherheit dauerhaft sicherzustellen.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1634\"><strong data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1634\">L\u00f6sung und Ergebnisse<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1893\">Zur Optimierung des Ressourceneinsatzes wurde eine umfassende <strong data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1738\">Prozessbewertung mit MTM im Reinraum<\/strong> durchgef\u00fchrt.
