The TiCon User’s Day 2026 was dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, innovation, and practical Industrial Engineering. On June 22 and 23, around 90 users, industry experts, and partner companies gathered in Dresden to exchange insights on the latest developments in TiCon®, TiConaut®, and the future of digital production planning.
The event kicked off the evening before with a networking dinner at Lohrmanns Brewery, providing the perfect setting for personal conversations and new connections. The open exchange between users, partners, and the development team highlighted from the very beginning what makes the TiCon User’s Day so special: a strong community and a shared vision for the future of Industrial Engineering.
TiConaut®: Artificial Intelligence Meets MTM Expertise
One of the key highlights of the event was the introduction of TiConaut®, the new AI assistant for the TiCon and MTM ecosystem. Participants gained exciting insights into its first use cases and experienced how Artificial Intelligence will support everyday work in Industrial Engineering.
Whether it’s operating software functions using natural language, performing intelligent analyses, or assisting with planning tasks, TiConaut® opens up new possibilities for streamlining processes and automating routine work. By combining decades of MTM expertise with state-of-the-art AI, TiConaut® delivers real value for companies on their journey toward digital transformation.

Alongside the presentation of new technologies, the event focused on practical applications and real-world success stories. Expert presentations and live demonstrations showcased how companies are already using TiCon successfully today and highlighted the innovations that will shape the platform’s future.

A Glimpse into the Future of Industrial Engineering
Another highlight of the event was the panel discussion on “Future Requirements for TiCon® and TiConaut®.” Representatives from industry, consulting, and software development explored the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and data-driven decision-making in Industrial Engineering.
The discussion made one thing clear: technological innovation alone is not enough. Sustainable change and successful transformation require the combination of powerful software solutions, proven methodologies, and the active involvement of employees.
